Chair Massage

A traditional relaxing massage including hands, feet and face.

I use a lighter pressure, but don't worry, it wont feel like you're being tickled!

A deeper massage, working into the muscle and tissue. Use of elbow and knuckle to pinpoint problem areas.

Still relaxing with slow moves despite the added pressure.

Rigorous and firm pressure to support athletic recovery. Typically addressing problem areas, but can be offered to whole body. 

Includes stretching. 

Heated bamboo canes used to penetrate deeper into the muscle fibres. This warming treatment can be both relaxing, or deep tissue. 

Traditional stretches included. 

This treatment occurs laying down as I have found the traditional seated position causes discomfort for most people. I will massage the Trapezius muscles, the neck, as well as the face and scalp. Optional hair oils.
